A Washington State native and graduate from Central Washington University, Ray spent the first 10 years of his career in agency Public Relations, Business Development, Marketing and Advertising. The last 25 years have been in a variety of production and leadership positions within financial services; small startup bank, regional banks, independent mortgage banks, as well as one of the top 5 big banks.

Ray has served and still serves on a variety of boards, committees, and associations including but not limited to Rotary International, Boys and Girls Club of America, Chamber of Commerce, Fraternal Order of Eagles, multiple bank, mortgage, and real estate associations, and various local non-profit and charity organizations.

His entire career has been spent serving those in the Pacific Northwest as a financial wellness advocate, dynamic growth strategist, and financial services leader.
